Communicating with Our Clients


We review portfolios with our clients on a monthly basis. This is accomplished, with either face-to face meetings or conference calls. During these meetings, we provide our clients with customized reports that accurately and efficiently review their portfolios. (click here to view sample reports)

It is critical that our clients review their asset allocation, risk tolerance, and the investment markets on a monthly basis.  On a quarterly basis, we review investment performance.  The performance is measured against market indices and customized client investment models. The indices we are currently benchmarked against are the S&P 500 Composite, Dow Jones World Stock FTSE, NAREIT REIT, Merrill Lynch 1-3 Yr US Treasury, and the Barclays Capital Municipal 3-Yr.


Our state of the art communication system permits us to communicate with our clients via phone, email, our website and face-to-face meetings.  Our clients’ assets are domiciled with Schwab Institutional Services.  The assets are protected by Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Our clients receive monthly statements and all trade confirmations directly from Schwab Institutional Services.  Our clients have 24 hour, 7 days a week access to their account information.
